Rental terms

The accommodation fee must be paid 28 days before the start of the stay. For last-minute bookings (less than 28 days before the start of the stay), all fees are charged immediately. A last-minute booking becomes binding at the time of booking.

Large bookings are agreed upon separately. The person making the accommodation booking must be at least 18 years old. At least one of the guests must be 18 years old.

Service fee

The accommodation prices always include a service fee of 10.00 euros per accommodation (incl. VAT). The basis for the service fee arises at the time of booking, and the service fee is non-refundable in any cancellation scenario.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation must always be made in writing to Holiday Village Anttoora. Failure to pay the invoice does not constitute cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation can be made at least 28 days before the start of the accommodation. If the cancellation occurs no later than 14 days before the start of the accommodation, 50% of the accommodation fee and the service fee will be retained. For cancellations made later, the full fee will be charged. If the cancellation is due to the serious illness or death of the booker or their close relative before the start of the stay, the accommodation rental will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 50.00 euros. A medical certificate must be provided in this case. Holiday Village Anttoora’s right to cancel or change the accommodation booking: In the event of force majeure, Anttoora Holiday Village may cancel the customer’s accommodation booking. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of any payments made. Holiday Village Anttoora will endeavor to assist in obtaining equivalent accommodation from other sources. Holiday Village Anttoora reserves the right to change its prices. Holiday Village Anttoora reserves the right to change the customer’s booked accommodation to another, as similar as possible, if necessary.

Staying at the accommodation

Anttoora Holiday Village’s accommodation is available to the customer from 4:00 PM on the arrival day until 12:00 PM on the departure day, unless otherwise agreed with Holiday Village Anttoora.

Key handover is arranged 2 – 3 days before the start of the accommodation with the holiday village. Contact details can be found on the final invoice and on the website.

The rental of the accommodation includes the free use of the premises (incl. furniture, dishes, and utensils, as well as energy for heating, lighting, and cooking). The property’s chattels must not be removed from the villas (e.g., to other villas). Items taken elsewhere will be billed to the renter. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional charge. The use of bed linen is mandatory. Cleaning detergents and toilet paper are included in the rent.

Cleaning

The customer is responsible for cleaning the property during the rental period and is obliged to clean the property upon departure. The customer is required to take care of at least the following: taking out the trash, vacuuming floors, washing floors, cleaning the toilet, cleaning the sauna, washing dishes, removing stains and dirt, cleaning the grill, returning items to their places, and cleaning the outdoor area of trash.

If the property is left uncleaned, the holiday village has the right to charge a separate cleaning fee of 120.00 euros or a total cleaning fee of 200.00 euros if the property’s cleanliness has been completely neglected by the customer. The customer can also order a final cleaning according to the price list when booking the accommodation. Even if a final cleaning has been ordered, the apartment is expected to be in a condition of normal use.

Disruptions and emergencies

If the customer causes disruption, damage, or danger to others in the same property or to other customers in the area, Holiday Village Anttoora has the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately after one (1) warning. All costs and actions resulting from disruptions, damages, and dangers will be billed to the customer according to the actual costs incurred. The cost of replacing a lost key will be charged based on the actual cost of changing the lock.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort, including accommodation. A ventilation fee of 300.00 euros per accommodation will be charged for unauthorized indoor smoking.

Pets

Permission to bring a pet to the accommodation must always be requested in advance, and a separate cleaning surcharge of 30.00 euros will be charged for pets. An additional fee of 75.00 euros per pet will be charged for pets brought without permission. Anttoora Holiday Village is not responsible for any allergy or other problems caused by unauthorized smoking or pet dander.

Complaints

Any complaints related to the accommodation’s equipment and condition must be directed immediately upon their occurrence directly to the holiday village staff. If the customer has not contacted the aforementioned parties about any issues during their stay, they lose the right to any possible compensation. Anttoora Holiday Village reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing information before the agreement is made.

Number of persons

The accommodation cannot be used by more people than the number of bed and extra bed places indicated. The use of a tent or caravan on the property’s plot without the permission of Anttoora Holiday Village is prohibited.

Anttoora Holiday Village reserves the right to changes in prices and booking conditions.
